It is recommended for anyone between the heights of 5'7" - 6'1" (168cm - 185cm) Gym balls are also often referred to as a Swiss ball, and is also known by a number of different names, including balance ball, birth ball, body ball, fitness ball, gymnastic ball, physio ball, pilates ball, Pilates ball and stability ball. Some therapists, trainers and midwifes may suggest that you use an alternative size. 66fit Gym Balls are most often used in physical therapy, athletic training, general exercise and improving core stability. {Sizing Information}Please note - that when ordering, you order the correct size gym ball, as any ball that has been opened or inflated cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is due to the fact that we cannot ensure the safety of any ball that has been returned to us. What size do I require? The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the gym ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips.
