Automatic training programme per age input (Fat Burning Programme), Freely programmable Target Zone and Exercise Time, 3 different audible alarms, visual alarm, Current Heart Rate Display, Total Time over limit of target zone, (hour/minute/second) 12/24 Hour Clock, Stopwatch and preset exercise time count down. Please note, this product is not 'Polar' compatible.
