    An essential for every boxing gym. Combines the benefits of a straight punch bag, floor to ceiling ball and maize ball. This uniques patented design is constructed with the top ball fitted with layers of granuals and soft cloth, and the bottom ball filled with soft cloth only. Complete with rubber and leather strap for lower attachment. N.B. when installing bottom bag, straps should be lose in vertical static position. They tighten when bag is struck providing more unprodictable movement.
